As a petrochemical location, INEOS in Cologne is an important raw material supplier to the chemical industry. Aufgaben:
Proactively aim to develop and maintain the relationship between customer and INEOS and strengthen our customer's loyalty and confidence
Act as first contact for the customers for all order-related/administrative sales questions for a defined customer portfolio
Liaise with other internal and external functions e.g. logistics and product planning at 8 European INEOS sites to provide excellent customer service
Knowledge of Order to Cash process. Following all steps from order entry to invoicing according to defined processes and creation of the required export documentation
Maintain secure and accurate customer records (General Data, Pricing, etc.)
Handling of claims, returns and price corrections
Display consistent, effective and strong customer service behaviours
Qualifikationen:
Fluent in both spoken and written English - German language is an advantage
Commercial education or experience in customer service in industrial sector
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and well organised
Good communication and influencing skills
Good numeracy and analytical skills
Exceptional team player
Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP) plus strong skills in MS Office particularly Excel is an advantage
